Travel Requirements - IMPORTANT
Please note that our shift patterns fall outside of standard public transport operating hours. Due to our location and the start and finish times of these roles, applicants will be required to have access to their own reliable vehicle to travel to and from our site in Bordon.
We are hiring for 2 shifts, (6am - 2pm) (2pm - 10pm)
The Role Responsibilites
- Pack products accurately and efficiently to meet quality and production standards.
- Carry out product and packaging checks to ensure correct labels, dates, batch codes and packaging materials are used.
- Inspect finished products for quality, reporting any defects or non-conformances.
- Complete production records and quality documentation accurately.
- Operate packing machinery safely and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
- Work closely with colleagues during product changeovers to prevent cross-contamination and minimise downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic packing area in line with food safety and health & safety standards.
- Ensure finished products are packed, stacked and prepared correctly for storage or dispatch.
- Follow all company procedures, quality standards and safe working practices at all times.

- Basic mechanical aptitude would be advantageous.
- Previous food production, manufacturing, warehouse, bakery or pet food industry experience is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided.
