Position Overview
The Ralph Lauren Procurement Team is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated Senior Procurement Analyst to play a critical role in driving value across non-merchandise procurement spend in the EMEA region.
Working closely with business stakeholders, the role supports the development and execution of procurement strategies that balance cost optimisation, quality, service excellence, supplier innovation, sustainability, and risk mitigation, while preserving the elevated standards expected within a global luxury retail environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing & Category Support

Support and lead strategic sourcing projects across indirect procurement categories including
-
Conduct market research and supply market analysis.

Develop sourcing recommendations based on commercial, operational, and risk considerations.

Support RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and e-auction activities.
-
Analyse bids and develop supplier evaluation models.
-
Prepare negotiation strategies and commercial recommendations.
-
Drive supplier consolidation and standardisation initiatives where appropriate.

Contract preparation, negotiation and management.

Spend Analytics & Procurement Intelligence

Develop and maintain spend analytics dashboards and reports.
-
Analyse procurement trends, cost drivers, inflation impacts, and supplier performance metrics.

Identify cost reduction, value engineering, and demand management opportunities.

Monitor category spend against budgets and savings targets.
-
Produce executive-level procurement insights and recommendations.

Supplier Relationship Management

Support the management of strategic suppliers and preferred vendor programmes.

Monitor supplier KPI and SLA performance.

Coordinate supplier business reviews and performance evaluations.

Identify supplier innovation opportunities.
-
Assist in resolving supplier performance issues and escalations.

Stakeholder Management
-
Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders globally.

Challenge stakeholder requirements constructively to optimise commercial outcomes.

Support budget planning and forecasting discussions.

Provide procurement guidance and best-practice recommendations.
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
- Role requires travel domestically / abroad

Understanding of end-to-end procurement process as well as using procurement systems (Ariba, Workday or similar)

Experience working in Retail (ideally in a luxury brand) considered an asset

Education or equivelant Bachelor’s Degree in business, or a related field preferred

Professional certifications are an asset (CIPS etc.)

Category-specific Strategic Sourcing experience considered an asset
