We're looking for an experienced HV Maintenance Manager to take ownership of our scheduled maintenance operations across a portfolio of 150+ customers and 350+ sites.
This is a key role combining operational planning, customer management, and commercial responsibility — ensuring all HV maintenance works are delivered on time, to standard, and in full compliance.

What we do
We are a full turnkey Commercial and industrial HV/LV Design and Installation company with a portfolio of 700+customers many who have been with us from the beginning, most of our business is from repeat or word of mouth. We have also diversified into battery storage (BESS) and EV commercial installation providing recognised training for our Engineers.
What you'll be doing
- Scheduling annual inspections and intrusive maintenance across the full customer portfolio
- Responding to daily customer requirements and building strong client relationships
- Managing our 24-hour emergency response service for HV callouts
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Chasing customers for outstanding works and follow-up actions
- Pricing scheduled maintenance contracts and managing invoicing
- Booking DNO isolations as required
- Monitoring NEDeRS alerts, updating customers, and advising on required actions
- Reviewing completed works and advising on remedial requirements
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records across all sites and works
- Directing administrative staff on site file requirements and documentation
- Maintaining KPIs and ensuring all scheduled works are completed and compliant
- Driving continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency
What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing HV maintenance operations or a similar scheduling/coordination role
- Strong understanding of HV systems, inspection regimes, and compliance requirements
- Experience liaising with DNOs and managing isolation bookings
- Commercial awareness — comfortable with pricing, contracts, and invoicing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Joblogic (or similar job management software) ideal
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a high volume of sites and customers
- Confident communicator, able to advise customers on technical matters and remedial works
- Experience directing and supporting administrative teams
- Familiarity with NEDeRS and industry alert systems
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to balance competing priorities
Desirable
- Background as an AP or SAP
- Experience with asset management systems or maintenance scheduling software
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., EAWR, BS 7671)
