Senior Therapist / Clinic Assistant Manager (Self-Employed)
We are seeking an experienced, professional, and motivated Senior Therapist / Clinic Assistant Manager to join our growing wellness clinic on a self-employed basis.
This is a senior, hands-on role that combines delivering exceptional treatments with supporting the day-to-day management and growth of the clinic. The successful candidate will be qualified and experienced in at least two of the following disciplines:
- Massage Therapy
- Facials / Advanced Skin Treatments
- Colon Hydrotherapy
Candidates qualified in two areas and willing to train in the third are strongly encouraged to apply. Full training and support will be provided where required.
Full-time and part-time applications will be considered.
Please note: Saturday working is essential and forms part of the regular working schedule.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties
- Conduct professional consultations and assessments to determine clients' individual needs and treatment goals.
- Deliver high-quality treatments including massage therapy, facials, and/or colon hydrotherapy.
- Develop personalised treatment plans and provide appropriate aftercare advice.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Build strong client relationships and consistently deliver an exceptional client experience.
Assistant Management Duties
- Support the Clinic Manager in the day-to-day operation of the clinic.
- Lead by example, maintaining high treatment and customer service standards.
- Assist with staff supervision, training, and mentoring.
- Help manage appointment scheduling, therapist rotas, and clinic efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering products and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all clinic policies, health and safety regulations, and professional standards.
- Support business growth through excellent client retention, treatment recommendations, and team development.
Skills & Experience
- Qualified and experienced in at least two of the following: Massage Therapy, Facials, or Colon Hydrotherapy.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and holistic wellness practices.
- Previous experience as a Senior Therapist, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning new treatment modalities.
Essential Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate professional and public liability insurance for all treatments performed.
- Must hold relevant recognised qualifications for the therapies provided.
- Willingness to undertake additional training where required.
- Availability to work Saturdays.

Pay: £100.00-£250.00 per day
