The Role
You will be out on the road carrying out installations, servicing, repairs, and diagnostics across domestic properties on the Fylde Coast and wider Northwest & beyond. You will be the face of this business in a customer's home. That matters to us more than almost anything else.
We are expanding. Into commercial work, air conditioning, and renewables. The engineer we hire today will be part of that journey. If you want to grow your skills alongside a business that is genuinely going places this is the role for you.

What The Role Involves
- Domestic boiler installation, service, repair, and diagnostics
- Full central heating system installation and upgrades
- Powerflush and cylinder work
- Controls, wiring, and smart heating systems
- Full Gas Safe and industry compliance at all times
- Professional customer communication throughout every job
- Accurate job management software completion on site
- Recommending products and solutions that genuinely benefit the customer
- Van stock management and cleanliness

What We Need From You
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in domestic gas and heating engineering
- Current ACS qualifications - CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, and HTR1
- Gas Safe registered personally or through your current employer
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Confident using job management software and mobile apps on site
- Outstanding customer manner - dust sheets down, property respected, customer kept informed throughout
- Reliable, professional, and presentable at all times
- A growth mindset - willing to learn, upskill, and evolve as we do
Desirable:
- Commercial gas qualifications
- LPG qualification
- Unvented cylinder qualification
- FGAS and Heat pump or renewables experience
What You Get
- £41,000 to £51,000 per year depending on experience, skillset & mindset.
- Performance bonuses - engineers typically earn an additional £3,000 to £8,000 per year
