Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Children’s Services Manager to lead and oversee our children’s programs and services. Duties
- Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of children’s programs to ensure they meet community needs and organizational standards
- Supervise program staff, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and effective team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to promote program engagement and collaboration
- Oversee administrative tasks including record-keeping, reporting, budgeting, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations
- Manage day-to-day operations of children’s services, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are upheld
- Develop new initiatives or enhance existing programs to increase participation and impact within the community
- Monitor program outcomes through data collection and feedback to continuously improve service delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing children’s programs or services with a focus on program management and relationship building
- Strong supervisory skills with experience leading teams or supervising staff members in a community or organizational setting
- Excellent relationship management abilities to engage effectively with families, partners, and community stakeholders
- Solid administrative experience including record-keeping, reporting, scheduling, and budget oversight
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of child development principles, safety standards, and relevant regulations is preferred
- Management experience in a nonprofit or social service environment is highly desirable
