Senior Therapist – Join Our Team!
At Blossom, we provide a calm and welcoming environment, offering high-quality salon services to both our local community and visiting clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a conscientious, talented and dedicated friendly Senior Therapist with a minimum of 2 years experience working with clients & running a column to join our team on a part time basis.
We would like you to be confident in your manner and treatments, able to work under your own management, self motivated, proactive and amazing client care.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing exceptional, personalised treatments that make a real difference to clients.
* Keeping treatment rooms and areas clean, stocked, and welcoming.
* Recommending the best aftercare to help clients continue their wellness journey.
Requirements what we expect:

* Ability to sell skincare products and upsell existing treatments
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a luxury client experience

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
* Providing our advanced beauty and skincare treatments to the highest standard to clients
* Consulting with clients to understand their skin concerns and needs
* Educating clients on skincare products and post-treatment care
* Maintaining a pristine, hygienic, and professional treatment environment
* Keeping treatment rooms and areas clean, stocked, and welcoming.
* Maintain an exceptionally clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer clients the best services available.
* Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and outstanding customer service
* Handle client bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
* Promote and sell products in the store and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Essentials:
*Able to work independently and confidently manage the salon alone when required
* Proficient in English with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
* Experience in gel nails is essential.
* Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
* Beauty Therapy Level2/3 qualification.
* Ability to work Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday, Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm/7pm/8pm Saturday 9am-3pm.
* Therapist should be experienced in the following treatments:
.Facials
.Waxing including intimate Hot wax
.Massage
.Tinting
.Manicure/pedicure
.Gel nails
