As a Catering Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our catering outlets operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Working Hours
This position is for 16 hours per week, working 09:30–17:30 on either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday. Additional hours may be available, and flexibility is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present food products in accordance with company standards and food safety requirements.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to every guest.
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining excellent standards of presentation.
- Ensure all food preparation, storage, and service areas are kept clean, organised, and hygienic at all times.
- Follow all food safety, health and safety, and hygiene procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
- Proactively identify tasks that need attention and support the wider team wherever required.
- Assist with stock control, replenishment, and the safe storage of food and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, counters, seating areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and help uphold the professional image of the business.
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for customer service and creating positive guest experiences.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team.
- A strong understanding of the importance of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- A reliable and professional approach to work.
- Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and additional shifts when required.
