We are a small residential care home (max of 24 beds) in Marston Magna, nr Yeovil and we would like a fantastic individual to join and assist lead our small team.

We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant with a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in health and social with medication training. A minimum of 2 years experience is required. The hours available are 21 hours to 35 hours per week, and will include working alternate weekends.
Our rota structure consists of 8am-3pm and 3.30pm-10.30pm shifts and the successful candidate is required to do a mixture of both.
YOU WILL REQUIRE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT AS THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN THE AREA IS VERY LIMITED.

The successful candidate will be dedicated and committed to delivering the highest quality individualised care to our elderly residents. You will assist in personal care and helping with all tasks of daily living and will be willing to undertake responsibilities and be flexible in your approach. You should be trained in medication administration Record keeping will be required and good communication skills are essential. You will work alongside Management to promote the aims and ethos of our home and to ensure standards are always maintained.
