A professional family based in Kensington is seeking an experienced Nanny/Housekeeper to join their household. The family is looking for a warm, engaging, and supportive person to provide continuity of care for their two children (ages 10 and 13) while independently managing the housekeeping responsibilities.
Duties:
- School pickup: Collect children from school (walking distance from home)
- Homework & studying: Provide structured support and organisation, particularly for 11+ exam preparation
- After-school activities: Transport and supervision for various extracurricular activities
- Meal preparation: Prepare healthy meals for the children and family
- Household cleaning: General tidying and organisation of child-related areas and family spaces
- Pet care: Walk, feed, and care for two small beagles
- Babysitting: Occasional evening and weekend childcare as required
- Holiday care: Full-time care during school holidays
Requirements: - Warm, engaging, and supportive manner
- Organised and proactive in managing homework and study schedules
- Patient and encouraging, particularly with 11+ exam preparation
- Reliable and committed
- Strong organisational and household management skills
- Second language (French) a plus
- Driver's licence welcome but not essential (manual car provided)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 12pm - 7 pm / 40 hours per week
Salary Offered: From £45,000 gross per annum
