Duties
- Perform professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments with precision and flair to meet client expectations.
- Provide specialized services such as barbering.
- Manage front desk operations including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
- Offer personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable services or products through effective upselling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and salon areas to ensure a safe and inviting space for clients and staff alike.
- Support store management in daily operations, inventory management, and promotional activities to boost salon performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio of diverse styles. 3 years minimum
- Skills in all aspects of hairdressing are desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to multitask efficiently across front desk duties, service provision, mentoring, and retail upselling.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and engage clients confidently.
