The Position:
We’re looking for a hardworking Retail Sales Assistant to join a small team of 4-6 members of staff based out of our Holloway Road location in London. The job is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm as well as every other Saturday 8:00am – 2:30pm with an hour lunch per day totalling 43.75 hours weekly.
The successful job incumbent will be committed to delivering a great customer experience, have good communication skills, have high attention to detail and organisation, have the ability to work both independently and within a team and be reliable and punctual.
We are willing to train and open to candidates with all experience levels for the position. We are looking for candidates that are self-motivated with a positive attitude and looking to grow their skill set within an established company. The job will require being on your feet for long periods, manual dexterity and the ability to travel to our Kentish Town location for periodic training and holiday cover.

Required Experience
· Retail experience considered an asset
· Experience selling technical products to customers an asset
· Experience dealing with customers an asset
· Strong accuracy and numeracy skills
· Computer literacy
Required Education/Certifications
· Minimum GCSE/”O” Level Maths and English
Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:
· To explain technical information about Franchi PLC’s products and services to customers in an understandable manner
· To be committed to offering helpful advice regarding Franchi products and building a rapport with customers
· Ensure that you exceed customers’ expectations
· To assist in maintaining organised and coded stock rooms
· Promptly identify when orders need to be placed by our procurement team
· To be familiar with and to follow the company operating procedures wherever relevant to your responsibilities
· To make suggestions on improving the procedures of the company, particularly as it affects the Retail Department
· To assist with maintaining the company’s policy on quality
· To work in a safe and efficient manner with minimum supervision but to refer to a Manager or Director when their assistance or guidance will promote improved customer service
· To be respectful of your working environment and the tools provided by the company to perform your duties
