The Old Waverley Hotel looking for a enthusiastic kitchen assistant/ porter to join our team. It's permanent position with flexible shifts, we provide free staff meals, shared tips (Tronc) uniforms and company pension. The job responsibilities are:
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
- Collect and wash up pots and pans.
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
- Unload food and equipment deliveries.
- Keep the storeroom organised.
- Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
- Help with food preparation.
Working Hours & Eligibility
* This is a strict full-time role requiring 37.5 to 40 hours per week across flexible shifts.
*Applicants must have unrestricted, full-time Right to Work in the UK. This role cannot accommodate candidates with student visa hours restrictions (e.g., 20-hour maximum weekly limits during term time).
