Summary of Role - Bar and Waiting Staff
Pay Rate £10.85 to £12.71 Dependant on age.
Number of hours: 8 to 20
Shifts may include Sat or Sun being the longer shifts min (8 hours) either day or evening shift, and an evening shift Mon-Fri, (4hours from 17:00hrs to 21:00hrs).

At a glance, your role is to deliver excellent customer service to make hungry and thirsty sports fans and players, happy customers!
The ideal applicants
· We`re looking for fun, enthusiastic, passionate people to join our hard-working team. Qualities we are looking for in this role are a bright personality, enthusiasm, and reliability. You will enjoy serving customers at the bar (training can be given), serving our delicious meals and snacks, keeping our operations sparkling, safe and slick!
· We open our doors earlier on the weekends (8:00hrs) and also have later shifts finishing at midnight.
· Own motor transport essential due to location.

What`s in it for you?
We offer competitive hourly rates for all of our team members:
· £10.85 to £12.71 Dependant on age.
· Full training given.
· 2/3 Shifts per week on a permanent basis.
· 20 days pro-rata holiday pay.
· A Sun or Sat shift is required to work.
· Season, (fixed contract) runs from Sept to May, so great for term-time commitments.
· Shut down at Christmas and Bank Holidays, so social for this sector.
· We have some key ‘must work’ dates in 2027 for Festivals & Tournaments.
· Free snack and drink on duty.
· Monthly pay.
· Uniform provided.
About the venue
Chapel Gate is situated next to Bournemouth Airport, and is a 65-acre sports facility and home to a variety of sports and great teams. The site is owned by Bournemouth University, Community Business with contracted Bars and Catering services to Kingsgate Kitchen
