Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, inclusive, and high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive, safe, and productive learning environment for all pupils.
- Adapt your teaching style to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with SEND.
- (For long-term roles) Collaborate with the teaching team on planning, marking, and pupil assessment.
- Maintain excellent behaviour management strategies in line with individual school policies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent valid UK teaching qualification.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Deep understanding of the Early Years (EYFS), KS1, or KS2 curriculum.
- A calm, adaptable, and professional approach to classroom management.
- An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one through us).
- Two professional, education-based references.
