Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Paramedic Practitioner / Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations
- Support and work within the duty team and provide home & care home visits
- Diagnose a wide range of acute and chronic conditions with clinical precision
- Administer medications safely and effectively in accordance with prescribing guidelines
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Provide health education and advice to optimise patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development programmes
Requirements
- Proven experience in patient care within a primary or urgent care setting
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decision-making
- Competence in medication administration, including prescribing rights where applicable
- Relevant registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., NMC or HCPC)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining up-to-date clinical knowledge
Pay: £26.50-£29.35 per hour
