You'll work directly alongside Glen on day-to-day servicing, repairs and maintenance across the full range of Mac Marine services. A great opportunity to be part of a small business where your skills are put to good use every day on varied and interesting work.

What you'll be doing
- Servicing and repair of outboards, inboards and outdrives
- Fibreglass repair and paintwork
- Trailer inspection and repair
- Jet ski servicing and repairs
- Mobile work across Scotland
- Keeping detailed records of jobs and parts
- Helping with customer communication in a friendly, professional way

What we're looking for
- Proven hands-on experience in marine engineering
- Strong knowledge of outboard and/or inboard engine servicing
- Comfortable working at a boatyard, in confined spaces and on the water
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, professional, and easy to deal with

Nice to have
- Experience with Volvo Penta, Yamaha, Mercury, Mercruiser and all other outboard ranges
- GRP / fibreglass repair knowledge
- Jet ski experience
- Relevant H&S training (COSHH, manual handling, working at height)
