Care assistant post to cover all aspects of care both personnel and physical. We have 33 beds within the home spread over 3 floors.
To provide care for the service users under the guidance and supervision of the Home Manager, trained nursing staff and; and to undertake other activities to assist in the running of the Home as required.
We run an induction program to cover mandatory areas. Experience in this area would be required.
The post is subject to DBS and adequate references.

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Willingness to participate in vocational training programmes
Basic understanding of the Health & Safety at Work Act
Basic understanding of Infection Control
