Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Front of House/Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a lively restaurant and bar environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, and passionate about delivering high standards of service. Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy, providing correct change where applicable
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables to maintain a smooth flow of service
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specials and dietary options
- Uphold food safety standards and health & safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Good understanding of food safety procedures and hygiene standards
- Ability to serve confidently and professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Pay: £12.71-£13.25 per hour
