Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and creative E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for updating our website, creating product listings, managing social media platforms, and coordinating with our web developer. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about online sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain product listings on our website, ensuring accuracy and appealing presentation.
- Create and upload new products to the website, including writing product descriptions and taking high-quality product photos.
- Manage listings on third-party platforms such as eBay and Facebook Marketplace.
- Coordinate delivery bookings (in and out) and manage related documentation.
- Develop and maintain content for social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram, to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with our web developer to address technical issues, suggest improvements, and implement updates.
- Communicate with internal teams to address any issues or improvements needed for our online platforms.
- Monitor customer inquiries and reviews, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
