A few more responsibilities of the role include:
- Cashing up.
- Ordering stock replenishment.
- Receiving, counting, displaying, and storing replenished stock.
- Monitoring stock levels.
- As a key holder, you will be responsible for setting the alarm and ensuring the shop is securely locked.
- Banking.
- Advising customers on the most appropriate product for them.
- Dealing with customer complaints.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Reporting to the Store Manager on store performance, ideas on how to improve sales and achieve targets.
- Assisting with the management of the store's social media pages, posting regularly, answering messages, creating competitions, and increasing awareness.
- Always maintaining a smart appearance.
- Ensuring stock is displayed to a high standard.

- Ability to work unsupervised and work confidently in lone working environments.

- Strong communication skills that let you converse as freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers.
Additional Requirements
- You have strong people skills — you’re approachable, a good listener, and empathetic.
- You'll also need to have a good phone manner, as you'll need to answer the store phone when customer calls/queries come through
- You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs. Overtime will be required for holiday and sickness cover.
- Able to work alone as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Fast learner
- Having an interest in Electronic Cigarettes is ideal but not essential as full training is provided
About the role:
