Responsibilities

- Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process maps to guide project development.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Support the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs and quality standards.
- Assist in change management activities by preparing training materials and supporting user adoption efforts.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare reports to communicate insights and recommendations.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as process modeling software or requirement management platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with a proactive, energetic attitude toward problem-solving.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field is preferred; relevant work experience is highly valued.
