Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Dagenham (RM8). Due to the clients requirement we are seeking Asian male carers to work with an Asian male client
. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in patient care or a related field is preferred
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Knowledge of assisted living, hospice care, dementia care, and senior care is beneficial
- Ability to provide compassionate care with empathy and respect
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in ENGLISH
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
