Duties
- Assist senior lash technicians with preparation and setup for eyelash extension appointments
- Learn and support in the application of various lash styles and techniques under supervision
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience from consultation to aftercare advice
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workspace according to health regulations
- Help manage appointment schedules and ensure smooth client flow throughout the day
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and answer questions about lash treatments
- Support team members with product organization, stock replenishment, and promotional activities
Requirements
- A genuine interest in beauty, makeup application, and eyelash extensions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen attentively and explain procedures clearly
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Willingness to learn new techniques and follow training instructions diligently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- No prior experience necessary — training will be provided!
- previous experience is an advantage, as well as a beauty therapist qualification level 2/3. Pay would reflect this experience/ qualification.
