Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Valeter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our fleet, ensuring vehicles are in pristine condition for customer satisfaction. Previous experience in vehicle prep or customer service is advantageous, and a valid driving licence is essential. Responsibilities
- Clean and valet vehicles to a high standard, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior detailing
- Ensure all vehicles are presented in immaculate condition before delivery or display
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and storage spaces.
- Assist with minor vehicle inspections and report any damages or issues to management
- Manage vehicle movement within the premises safely and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries professionally and courteously
- Follow company procedures for vehicle presentation and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer facing or vehicle valeting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Valid driving licence is preferred to assist with vehicle movement around the premises
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and reliability are essential
