Location: New Malden, KT3 6AR
Position: Full-Time Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Day Shifts
Pay Rate: £21.00 – £24.00 per hour (including paid breaks)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join a high-quality nursing home team in New Malden.

The home is CQC rated Outstanding, therefore we are seeking only high-quality, competent, and committed nursing professionals who can maintain excellent care standards.
Key Requirements
- Valid NMC registration (RGN)
- Strong nursing home or elderly care experience preferred
- Excellent clinical knowledge and assessment skills
- Ability to deliver safe, person-centred care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of care
- All mandatory training must be completed
- Right to work / UK legal status must be confirmed
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to residents
- Complete clinical assessments and care planning
- Administer medication safely in line with policies
- Monitor residents’ health and escalate concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
- Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Follow safeguarding, infection control, and CQC standards
