P F Cusack (Tools Supplies) Ltd have a great opportunity for an individual with the ability to deliver fantastic Admin to join our highly successful branch as an Internal / Internal Admin Person, where you will build relationships with our team and customers.
The Role
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a busy office, You must have a flexible approach, handling clerical duties, , including dealing with inbound telephone calls and emails from customers, processing sales orders with the use of Microsoft Office and Sage,
The Person
The successful candidate is likely to have experience of working in a Builders Merchants / Contactors Tools distributors but not essential.
First class customer service skills and a proactive, helpful approach is essential.
Experience of using Microsoft Office, Sage and Office Administration although training will be given.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Self motivated person with a positive attitude and a team player.
An independent owner managed company, PF Cusack is able to react quickly to the ever changing demands.
Hours
Monday - Friday 8am - 5.00pm (1 hour Lunch Break)
Every 3rd Saturday Morning 8.30am - 12.00
