About your future job (job summary)
We are seeking a customer obsessed London based operations assistant to join our global operations team to support the administration of our inbound Intern UK programme. You will be ensuring all service level agreements are met through efficient administration and responsible dealings with applicants and employers through site visits. You will assess the visa compliance and make internship dreams come true for international students wanting a taste of UK life.
The role will have an 80-90% focus on site visits and 10-20% focus on ‘office’ administrative tasks. All travel costs will be covered and you must be prepared to spend 3-5 days visiting different companies to discuss their proposed internship and meet with interns and their supervisors during their internship.
What you’ll do (Key responsibilities)
· Follow and contribute to efficient and organised systems of programme administration to ensure accurate operational procedures.
· Carry out site visits with employers and interns around the city of London and the wider UK where required (Could be up to 10 visits per day)
· Communicate with customers via phone, email and face-to-face.
· Administer and issue visa paperwork.
· Develop and maintain accurate database and record keeping.

· Experience within the travel, work abroad or further education sector.
· Experience working with international students
· Prior experience with a CRM system is a plus
