Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and professional Own Car Parcel Delivery Drivers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering parcels efficiently and safely across designated routes, ensuring excellent customer service. This role offers full and part time positions with the opportunity to work independently while representing our company's commitment to timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s licence, own a suitable vehicle, and be comfortable navigating urban and rural areas. work is available Monday - Sunday. Full time, part time and flexible cover positions available.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate your own vehicle to deliver parcels to customers within specified timeframes
- Plan efficient delivery routes to optimise time and fuel consumption
- Ensure all parcels are handled with care and delivered in pristine condition
- Obtain signatures and photos as proof of delivery while adhering to the company’s delivery standards.
- Pay is per parcel delivered and paid on the 15th of every month.
Experience
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar logistics role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Valid UK driver’s licence
- Familiarity with urban and rural navigation using GPS or maps is beneficial
