We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team. You will be, kind, caring, compassionate, confident and have the perfect balance empathy and humour. The hours can be discussed at the interview but and are to include every other weekend.
Experience is preferred but not necessary as all training, both online and in house, will be provided.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with daily living needs such as: dressing, undressing, washing, bathing.
- Providing person centred care to the highest standards.
- Assisting/supporting residents with their mobility.
- Assisting/supporting in the use of toilet aids, hoists and personal equipment.
- Promoting mental and physical activity of residents through talking to them, taking them out, sharing with them in activities and recreation.
- Maintain good relationships with relatives and friends of the resident.
- Able to work well with in a team as well as using your own initiative
- Must have good humour, empathy, compassion and be willing to learn and adapt.
All applicants must be over the age of 18 and any offer of employment is subject to a clean Full Enhanced DBS check and three satisfactory references.
