Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations, including serving guests and managing team workflows to ensure efficient service.
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to deliver top-tier hospitality experiences.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation standards, ensuring all dishes meet quality expectations and food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production, proper food handling, and adherence to health standards.
- Manage guest interactions by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Enforce restaurant policies related to food safety, cleanliness, alcohol service, and responsible beverage service.
- Assist in training new team members on service procedures, menu knowledge, and safety protocols to foster a cohesive team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with a focus on front-of-house operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and inspire excellent performance.
- Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Knowledge of restaurant service practices including serving, bartending (barista experience is a plus), and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with culinary processes, food production, and kitchen operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality excellence.
- Previous hotel or restaurant experience is preferred; hospitality background helps in understanding guest needs deeply.
