Self-Employed Cleaner – Central London

Host & Haven Property Care provides premium managed property cleaning services across Central London.
We specialise in Airbnb and short-let turnovers, residential cleaning, office cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleans. Our role is to carefully coordinate every booking—from scheduling and client communication to quality control—allowing our trusted network of self-employed cleaning professionals to focus on delivering exceptional cleaning standards.
We’re expanding our trusted network of experienced self-employed cleaning professionals across Central London. Successful applicants who complete our onboarding process and paid trial clean will receive priority access to future work opportunities as our client base continues to grow.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering high-quality cleaning services to consistently exceptional standards
- Completing Airbnb turnovers, residential cleans, office cleans and end-of-tenancy cleans
- Following detailed Host & Haven cleaning checklists for every booking
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damage discovered during a clean
- Sending after-clean photographs when requested
- Communicating professionally and reliably with the Host & Haven management team
- Representing Host & Haven professionally in every client’s property
What we’re looking for
- Previous professional cleaning experience preferred
- Experience with Airbnb, hotel housekeeping, residential or commercial cleaning is advantageous
- High attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable travelling across Central London
- Self-employed or willing to register as self-employed
- Right to work in the UK
