The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Potato Administrator to join our team in Crowle. This is a key administrative role supporting our potato operations, sales activities, stock management, and grower relationships.
The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administration within our potato business.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of potato stocks, movements, and sales.
- Process customer orders and prepare associated documentation.
- Support grower and customer communications.
- Manage purchase and sales administration within company systems.
- Coordinate transport and delivery schedules with hauliers and customers.
- Prepare reports and administrative information for management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and documentation requirements.
- Assist with invoicing and reconciliation activities and finance reporting
- Provide general administrative support to the commercial and operations teams.
- Support with open days and events outside the office

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and positive approach to work.
- Experience within agriculture, farming, fresh produce, or the potato industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
