We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly organised Senior Repairs Co-ordinator to join Bristol City Council's Damp & Mould and Awaab's Law Compliance Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of a responsive, resident-focused service while helping ensure compliance with Awaab's Law and consumer regulation requirements.
About the role
Working closely with the Service Lead for Disrepair and Damp & Mould, you will:
- Lead and support a team of Business Support Officers.
- Lead the development of procedures, deliver training and coaching to staff to ensure consistent ways of working.
- Oversee the triage and management of Awaab's Law Phase 1 and Phase 2 cases.
- Support surveyors by coordinating inspections, appointments, records and communications.
- Ensure residents receive timely updates and a high standard of customer service throughout the lifecycle of their case.
- Monitor workflows, manage priorities and support service improvement.
Ensure complaints, enquiries and case activity are accurately recorded within housing management systems.

Working closely with the Senior Data Analyst, you will help maintain accurate performance and compliance information, supporting regulatory reporting, service monitoring and compliance with Awaab's Law.
You will play a key role in ensuring customer complaints and service requests are managed consistently and effectively, enabling the service to identify trends, monitor statutory timescales and demonstrate compliance with the expectations of the Regulator of Social
Housing.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Knowledge of social housing repairs and customer service delivery.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing workloads and performance in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, residents and stakeholders.
Experience in housing repairs, damp and mould, disrepair or compliance services would be advantageous.
