Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Multi Tradesman/woman to join our maintenance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your broad skill set across various trades, ensuring the seamless operation and upkeep of our facilities. You will be responsible for performing diverse maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing projects with energy and professionalism. Your leadership and customer service skills will help foster a safe, efficient, and positive environment for all stakeholders.
Duties
- Perform maintenance and repair work across domestic and commercial properties.
- Read and follow job descriptions, update our calendar system with a brief description of works completed, send pictures of completed tasks (using smartphone) and inform us if you were unable to complete any tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by being professional and following company protocol when in properties.
- Lead small projects or repairs, demonstrating ability to use initiative, lone-work and problem solve if things don't go to plan
Requirements
- experience in multiple trades such as light electrical work, general maintenance, basic plumbing or carpentry.
- Experience in maintenance roles with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship.
- Supervising experience is preferred to oversee team activities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with team members and stakeholders clearly.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong carpentry skills to complete tasks such as - hanging doors to within 3mm gap, compartmentation works, installing door closers etc would be highly valuable
