This Position is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate.
Main Duties:
- Course identification and facilitation
- Identifying training needs of personnel through review of training matrices.
- Co-ordinating course bookings for the crew working in conjunction with QHSE, HR Administrator and the Rig management team.
- Ensuring bookings are undertaken in line with the training budgets and meet the essential training requirements.
- Having responsibility for the training matrix and advising QHSE and Supervisors / Manager when mandatory courses are scheduled.
- Confirming training requirements with the individual crew members.
- Liaison with H&S & HR Administration on mandatory certification requirements for crews and scheduling of courses e.g.: IWCF.
- Booking of Flights, hotels & transport where necessary to attend courses.
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed i.e. requisitions, training matrices, training certificates uploaded into the SHEQM filing system.
- Develop and monitor approved training providers register, including due diligence on training providers.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate HSE statistics
Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
