We're looking for enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Members to join the team at Lochgreen House Hotel Spa. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service across our restaurant and bar, creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, while also supporting weddings, events, and private functions as required.

- Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Taking orders, making recommendations, and providing attentive service throughout the guest experience.
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards across the restaurant, bar, and dining areas.
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to ensure smooth service.
- Processing payments accurately and following all food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Supporting weddings, events, and private functions as required.
- Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
- A positive, friendly, and professional approach to customer service.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be 18 or over due to licensing regulations.
