About the Role
You won’t just be checking people in - you’ll be the heartbeat of our practice:
- Be the warm welcome and trusted first point of contact for patients
- Coordinate appointments, call-backs, and referrals with flair
- Collaborate with dentists, nurses, and hygienists to manage the most vital part of the practice
- Enhance patient experience - from first enquiry to final "see you soon"
- Bring initiative: help optimise systems, social media, events, patient communications
- Be eager to learn and grow - we’ll support your development every step of the way
Who We’re Looking For
- You’re enthusiastic, confident, and passionate about people
- You’re keen to learn and develop - not just take phone calls
- Top-notch communication and organisation skills come naturally
- You thrive working with the wider team to support patient care
- Bonus: experience in healthcare, dental systems, or hospitality - but not essential!
