About the role
As we grow and expand with more properties, we are looking to find the right person to grow with us, and help us to manage our guest reservations, bookkeeping and some key administration behind the scenes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, takes pride in their work and wants to grow alongside a new and upcoming business.
The Ideal Candidate

- Bookkeeping / CRMs
- Customer service experience
- Working in a tight-knit business environment
Key responsibilities
- Responding to guest enquiries via booking platforms, email and over the phone
- Bookkeeping
- Managing reservations and bookings
- Co-ordinating with staff, clients and suppliers
- Overseeing booking information and property availability
- Updating spreadsheets and business reports
- Preparing business correspondence and documents
- Maintaining records, databases and administrative systems
- Assisting with bookkeeping (invoices and reconciliations)
- Carrying out tasks that assist

Your working pattern
Initially, there will be probation period where your work will be office based only under supervision. We will then explore options working from home as you gain confidence in the role. You will work from 9:30 am to 3pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with a 30 min lunch break but once you're working from home you can keep on top of your workload as and when suits you provided the bookings are kept up with.
Once you’re settled and have established a good level of confidence, you can eventually expect to mainly work from home where suitable working hours will be arranged. We will also have a weekly in-person meeting to review priorities, performance and business developments.
