We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to lead our team at The Pityme Inn, a busy and much-loved pub in the heart of North Cornwall.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong teams, and driving business performance.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the pub
- Managing, motivating and developing the front and back of house teams
- Delivering outstanding customer service standards
- Driving sales and profitability
- Managing stock, rotas, budgets and costs
- Maintaining excellent health, safety and licensing standards
- Working closely with the owners to continue growing the business
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a General Manager or strong Deputy Manager
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, hands-on approach and great work ethic
