LSH Auto is excited to invite applications for the position of Barista. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our customers through exceptional coffee preparation and customer service. You will be responsible for crafting a range of delicious beverages, providing friendly service, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages

Engaging with customers to understand their preferences and make recommendations

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the café area

Handling credit transactions efficiently

Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and enjoys interacting with people in a fast-paced environment. This position is essential to our mission of providing top-tier service at LSH Auto.
Working hours will be approximately 20.5 hours a week.
Monday - 12.30pm - 6.30pm
Saturday - 8am - 5pm
Sunday - 10am - 4pm
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role

Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach

Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
