Qualifications
- Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is required
- Familiarity with teaching strategies for students with autism and developmental disabilities is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and classroom management strategies
