We are seeking a dynamic and highly qualified CITB Accredited Approved Training Organisation (ATO) with Trainers specializing in SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), SSSTS (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme), and Refresher courses. Duties
- Deliver high-quality CITB-accredited SMSTS, SSSTS, and Refresher courses to construction professionals, ensuring all training meets industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Assess participant understanding through interactive activities, practical exercises, and assessments to ensure effective knowledge transfer
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and certification statuses
- Mentor and support learners throughout their training journey, providing guidance on safety practices and career development
- Stay current with industry regulations, best practices, and updates from bodies such as CITB to ensure all courses are compliant and relevant
Requirements
- Valid CITB accreditation as an Approved Training Organisation (ATO) for delivering SMSTS, SSSTS, and Refresher courses
- Proven experience in delivering health and safety training within the construction sector
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently
- Excellent presentation skills combined with the ability to mentor learners effectively
- Exceptional communication skills to engage diverse audiences and foster a positive learning environment
