Shift Patterns: Early, Late, and Long Day shifts. Weekend availability is essential.

We are looking for caring, compassionate, and hands-on Female Support Workers who are passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives.
As a Support Worker, you'll help individuals build independence, develop life skills, and achieve their personal goals while working as part of a supportive and dynamic team.
Our residential service in Enfield is friendly, welcoming, and full of variety. No two days are ever the same. You will support people with activities such as:

To be successful in this role, you will:

Be resilient, flexible, and calm under pressure

Have experience supporting individuals with complex needs

Have experience following Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and reflective practice

Be confident supporting people who may experience behaviours of distress
-
Have experience working with individuals with autism, mental health conditions, forensic histories, or those who have experienced trauma
