Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating our products quick and easily
- Provide detailed product information, including features and benefits, to support customer decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, ensuring proper handling of payments and receipts
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales counter and bathroom sales area to promote a professional appearance
- Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves and notifying management of low stock levels
- Maintaining the highly active deliveries in and out process
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer service are consistently delivered throughout the day
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales is highly desirable but not necessary, demonstrating familiarity with customers and clients
- Product knowledge and experience would be a great asset to us
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product details clearly and empathetically
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others and supporting team goals
