Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing person to head the bar at Krafty Fine Drinks on a Friday & Saturday. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bar Staff member, you will be responsible for serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with licensing laws.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, utilising basic math skills to process payments accurately.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Uphold food safety regulations by following proper hygiene practices at all times.

- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow effectively.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
- Knowledge of craft beer preferred but not essential.
