Curtain Store at Home is one of the UK’s largest Curtain stores, specializing in Curtain Fabric, Made to Measure Curtains and Blinds. Our extensive product range includes a wide variety of fabrics, ready-made curtains, poles, tracks and haberdashery for living rooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms.
We are currently seeking passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Assistant in our Curtain Department. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, assisting customers in selecting fabrics and home décor items. While experience is preferred, we are happy to provide comprehensive training for candidates with an interest in home decor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with fabric and home décor selections, including curtains, blinds, poles, and tracks.
- Ensure the fabric department is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge or a keen interest in interior design and home décor is desirable.
- Previous retail or sales experience is beneficial, though not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
