Overview
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join our Head Office Team based in Essex. Salary is based on experience.
The right candidate must have:

- Ability to demonstrate a flexible and positive “can do” attitude and quickly establish oneself to add value to the business
- Be able to liaise with contractors/suppliers and in-house maintenance to ensure satisfactory and timely completion of planned works, including remedial/treatment works, gas safety certificates and electrical installations
- Proven experience in a similar type position
The role:
- managing all maintenance and operations across approximately 25 parks.
- General office administration.
- Ensuring invoices are received and logged.
- Answering telephone calls.
- Keeping filing systems in order.
- Adhering to internal ordering procedures/raising order numbers.
- Keeping up to date with emails/database.
- Liaising with maintenance team and all departments.
- Liaising with park managers and residents.
- Sourcing and liaising with suppliers /contractors.
- Placing orders.
- Supporting your department, when and if required.
- Seeking new supplies for all parks.
- Making payments when required.
