Bowman Kitchens & Bathrooms is growing quickly and we are looking for an ambitious Sales Designer to join our new Leigh-on-Sea showroom on London Road.
This role combines design, client consultation and sales, helping homeowners create beautiful kitchens and bathrooms.

Earnings
- Basic salary: £26,400
- On-target earnings: £55,000
- Top performers: £70,000–£100,000+
Commission is uncapped, so the more you sell, the more you earn.
The Role
You will work with clients from their first showroom visit through to final sale.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting clients in the showroom and understanding their project
- Designing kitchens and bathrooms using CAD software
- Presenting designs and quotations
- Building trust and guiding customers through their renovation
- Following up enquiries and progressing leads
- Closing sales and achieving monthly targets
This is a sales-focused role, so confidence with customers and a strong work ethic are essential.

- Sales experience (kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, interiors or home improvement ideal)

- Confident presenting designs and quotations

This role is showroom-based, with working hours Monday to Saturday, 8:30am–5:30pm. Saturday working is required.
