About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You will play an essential role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment by maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service allocated guest rooms to hotel standards.
- Ensure bedrooms, bathrooms, and guest areas are presented to the highest level of cleanliness.
- Carry out routine and deep cleaning tasks as directed by the Housekeeping Team Leader.
- Use housekeeping equipment and cleaning products safely and correctly.
- Report maintenance issues, damage, or faulty equipment promptly.
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies.
- Follow all health and safety, fire, security, and hotel procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear the correct uniform.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and respond courteously to guest requests.
- Attend training sessions and contribute ideas to improve guest satisfaction and departmental performance.

Schedule
- Day shifts.
- Weekend availability required.
